    • Physics reviewer for LHCb analyses, including two submitted to Physical Review Letters.
    • Supervisor of Warwick URSS summer projects on normalising flows and quantum computing.
  2. Oct 2020 – Oct 2024

    PhD Researcher, LHCb

University of Warwick, Department of Physics

    • Led the first LHCb measurement of the forward W → μν differential cross-section in muon pT at 5.02 TeV (JHEP 2026).
    • Developed a modular, reusable route to the W mass via a detector-corrected cross-section, now being adopted by other experiments.
    • Co-developed a new maximum-likelihood method for template fits, implemented in iminuit (EPJC 2022).
    • Contributed to LHCb’s real-time data-processing and trigger software.
  3. Jun 2019 – Jan 2020

    Research Assistant, STAR experiment

American University in Cairo, with Brookhaven National Laboratory (part-time, alongside my MPhys)
